The Ban Mian stall, with its handmade noodles coupled with its star ingredients of anchovies, pork and seafood, is regarded as a bowl of heaven by many locals. All of their ingredients are reported to be fresh, and the soup does not include any MSG. Their soup is reportedly simmered for more than 10 hours the night before.
