Former Ford Factory

When war broke out, however, the factory was converted into a hangar for fighter jets and military vehicles. The former factory, which is now a national monument, has a permanent WWII exhibition that looks back on its history. It's a suitable location, considering this is where the British and Japanese met in 1942 to officially surrender Singapore.
