Ron Sheng Fish Head has been in the market for years, and is located at Yuhua Village Market & Food Centre in the far west. Even during off-peak hours, they have one of the longest lines there. The original owners of the stall no longer come down very often, but their employees continue to work tirelessly to serve hungry clients sizzling hot bowls of fish soup. They provide a wide range of foods, the most popular of which are, of course, their fish soups, which come in both steamed and fried varieties, as do many other fish soup shops in Singapore.
