It is a Singaporeans style fruit salad with fresh ingredients such as lime, sugars, fruit and vegetable chunks such as pineapples, cucumber, turnip, tau pok (bean curd), apples, and the all-important youtiao (Fried-fritters) and topped with fermented prawn paste sauce.
