The laksa is their speciality, with a thick broth added with coconut milk and is served with ingredients such as fish slices, deep-fried tofu and cockles for great taste.

Restaurante Roldán
"Roland Restaurant comenzó como un pequeño restaurante a lo largo del río Kallang en 1956 con métodos tradicionales de cocinar mariscos usando carbón vegetal. A medida que el restaurante creció en popularidad, se mudó al lugar actual en Marine Parade. En el enorme restaurante de 1100 asientos sirve 3 diferentes tipos de cocinas, a saber, mariscos, cantonés y dim sum.
El restaurante es famoso por ser el creador de la receta Chill Crab con The Year 1956 – Founder of Chilli Crab” impreso en el menú.
Roland Restaurant Chill Crab, que es su éxito de ventas, es diferente de la mayoría de los otros restaurantes Chill Crab en Singapur. La salsa de cangrejo frío que se sirve en el restaurante Roland es mucho más suave que el cangrejo frío convencional que prueba en otros restaurantes, que es más dulce. La falta de huevo y sambal también significa que la salsa es menos espesa y almidonada. La salsa más suave permite que se resalte el sabor de la carne de cangrejo permitiendo el sabor de la dulzura en la carne de cangrejo y las huevas cremosas en el cangrejo.
